Patricia Carneval, MD

Patricia Carneval, MD is a board certified adult psychiatrist practicing in the Princeton area for the past 21 years.  She has experience in hospital settings, academic settings, and in private practice.  She specializes in psychotherapy and psychopharmacology for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and life transitions.She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in biology, and later with her MD degree.  She did residencies at the Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, first in general surgery, then in psychiatry. She lives with her family in the Princeton area.


Shana Elga, MD

Dr. Shana Elga is a board certified psychiatrist and graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine. She completed her general psychiatry residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital, and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. She is currently a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Elga has a caring manner and believes that the doctor-patient relationship takes utmost importance in creating an environment that will promote positive change.

Naisha Rentas

Mrs. Rentas holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Thomas Edison State University.  She brings experience in operations, counseling, management and human resources to capably run our Princeton office as its manager.


Angela Setaro, RN, OCN

In the course of her work with Dr. Levine, Ms. Setaro has become one of the most experienced nurses in the country administering ketamine infusions for mood and anxiety disorders.  Ms. Setaro completed her nursing degree at MCCC and Thomas Edison State College, and then focused her clinical work on oncology both in the hospital and then private practice settings.  She is an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and holds additional certifications in chemotherapy and biotherapy.  Ms. Setaro was nominated for the CURE magazine 2011 Extraordinary Healers Award and makes an annual medical mission trip to Guatemala.


Kristina Platas, RN

Kristina received by nursing degree from Villanova University in May 2015. In addition to working at Ketamine Treatment Centers, she currently work as an ER nurse where she serves on the ER unit based council & and is a chairperson for the ‘fall prevention’ corporate committee of the hospital. She was nominated for 2017 Novice Nurse of the year at the hospital where she works when not at KTC.
